Who we are

Queer Time Capsule is a creative project led by photographer and visual storyteller Sarah Deragon, dedicated to exploring, preserving, and amplifying LGBTQ+ histories, narratives, and futures. As a queer artist with a deep commitment to representation, Sarah has spent over a decade capturing the authentic essence of LGBTQ+ individuals, ensuring that their identities, struggles, and triumphs are seen and remembered.

At a time when LGBTQ+ rights are increasingly under threat and historical erasure remains a political tactic, Queer Time Capsule seeks to challenge these forces by creating a visual archive that honors the past, reflects the present, and envisions a liberated future. Through photography, storytelling, and immersive creative expression, this project celebrates the resilience, diversity, and radical joy of the queer community—because our stories matter, our existence is resistance, and our future is worth documenting.
